Friends! It's been a hot minute. Life has been insane that past month and a half... in the best way possible. I graduated from USC, accepted a job, and moved to a new city all in about 3 weeks. I am LOVING Greenville and am gladly accepting any recommendations for anything in the area; restaurants, churches, gyms, hikes, literally any and everything. Due to the chaos, I have been more absent on here but am happy to be back sharing my Amazon finds for the month. As I mentioned in my Insta-stories the other night, I plan to do a round up about every month of my recent finds and all the random things I have been enjoying!

The Prime dupe rug I cannot recommend enough. I found the most beautiful rug from Serena & Lily online but wasn't willing to commit to the price tag being so unsure how long I would like this style. To my surprise, Amazon really came through with a dupe version. I ordered a runner for my kitchen first and then got the matching color in a different size for my entryway. They've both been excellent, especially for the price.

BCAA's. To be completely honest, my strength coach recommended this to me and I love the flavor. However, I am not fully convinced that this prevents muscle soreness so if you're looking for a clean and yummy tasting drink to sip on in the gym, then I would recommend this brand + flavor.

Diva Laundry Detergent. Confession: it took me about a year to hop on the bandwagon for this one. I was super skeptical and didn't know I would/how I could love laundry detergent so much. It is on the pricier side, but I only use one cap full with certain loads -- usually sheets, towels, and pajamas. I mix that one cap full of Diva detergent with THIS unscented detergent. I think this would make the perfect stocking stuffer and gift for a mom/sister/mother-in-law!

Brownie Thins. If you know me well, or even not that well, you probably know I have the world's biggest sweet tooth. I try to avoid bringing any kind of sweets into my house because I've been down that road one too many times... I came across these when I was prepping for a girls night with a few gluten free gals. I happened to give them a taste test and they've become the only sweet staple I keep in the pantry for right now.

Squat Proof Dreams. I'm a loyal VS Sport KnockOut legging wearer, so I was pleased to find a more affordable version for the same quality. I occasionally wear shorts, THESE are my favorite, but I have tingling leg syndrome so I stick to leggings for workouts that are focused on agility, running, sprints, etc., and save the shorts for upper body when my legs aren't as mobile. THESE leggings are totally squat proof and the best quality I have been able to find at this price!

The gift that keeps giving. Call me old school, but I still love magazines. I refuse to read a magazine on my iPad. I love the way magazine pages feel and I use them to decorate random spaces in my house. Amazon has tons of awesome deals for subscriptions, which I think is another great gift idea!

Drink up, ladies. Okay yes, this looks impractical, but isn't telling yourself you'll drink 2 liters of water a day by guessing also impractical? I love a good challenge and this legitimately makes me feel like I've accomplished something when I stay on track.

Cake Pop shake. I've used this protein for several months, alternating with a few other types I will share soon, and LOVE this flavor. I don't use this every day but it's so refreshing after a hot and sweaty workout when I'm craving something sweet.

Just getting boujee now. I know I'm not the only who has to recharge their phone 3-4 times a day #millennialprobs. I keep this at my office desk for a quick charge and it's insanely convenient!

Overnight Oats. I am very aware of how on trend the "keto" and "low carb" diets are right now. I like to go against the crowd on occasion and eat carbs. These overnight oats have been the quickest and best tasting breakfast for mornings I hit snooze more than once. They have tons of flavors to choose from and are macro-nutrient dense!

The best for last. I mentioned my recent go-to Summer transition into Fall shoes I have been loving over on Insta-stories this week -- the secret's out. THESE espadrille platforms have my full attention. They're $32 (price varies on size and colors) and I'm patiently waiting for every color to be released so I can all of them. I will say they run a tiny bit big and I sized down half a size to a 7 (I'm normally a true 7.5). The first time I wore them, I had them tightened to the tightest adjustment possible and that was a mistake. I wear them on the loosest adjustment now and they're perfect! The fit and support is incredible.

As I mentioned previously, I plan to share a monthly Amazon Finds post! Hope you were able to relate to some of these items you never knew you needed delivered to your doorstep the next day <3
